We offer a 2 day mail service for machineable mail items in Scotland and a 3 day definite service for un-machineable mail and the rest of the UK. We can currently process your Royal Mail Letters (DL or C5) and Royal Mail Large Letters (C4). To benefit from the larger discount of 39% on your mail bills we recommend that you produce your mail so that it can be read by our sorting machines.
If your mail is categorised as non-machineable mail, you will still
qualify for a discount, but because there is an additional step of
physically reading the mail, the discount goes down to 33%.
If you present your mail properly with the correct address and layout, this will help ensure delivery times are met.
