First Scottish is one of Scotland’s leading companies. Incorporated in 1987, the Group has grown significantly over the last 20 years. Probably best known for our Searching division our business portfolio now includes: document management solutions,  a secure document exchange network and a new postal firm delivering UK and international mail for 40% less than Royal Mail.  We have expanded the Group through acquisition and have concentrated on adding services that add real value.  The First Scottish Group is now a £10M turnover firm, employing 90 staff at it's headquarters in Dalgety Bay, Fife.

When we launch a new service, we base it on hard research.  We review the industry and put ourselves in our client's shoes to see how we could enhance that particular service.  We then ask ourselves fundamental questions - Is this an opportunity for creating competitive advantage?  What are our competitors doing?   Will this new service enhance our existing business portfolio? Is there a demand for this new service?
